WARRANTY ISSUES: If during the first 90 days, the merchandise purchased from Platinum Lighting has a problem, please contact us immediately. Platinum Lighting will either repair or replace the defective merchandise. You will be given an RMA ( Return Material Authorization) number for tracking purposes if it is deemed necessary to return the merchandise for warranty issues.
BEYOND WARRANTY Failure beyond 90 days are not covered by Platinum Lighting. It is a good idea to call Platinum Lighting regarding the failure to get a recommendation on the resolution options you have available to you.
DON’T WANT THE PRODUCT: If, within five days of receipt of the product, you decide that you don’t need or want the merchandise, contact Platinum Lighting. You will be given an RMA ( Return Material Authorization) number. You should return the merchandise to Platinum Lighting with that number and a letter enclosed explaining the reason for return. Once the merchandise is received and verified to be complete and in proper working order, your credit card will be credited for the amount of merchandise, minus the original shipping charges and minus a 15% restocking fee,
CUSTOM CUTS: Platinum Lighting is unable to accept returns on custom cut lengths of rope light.
LIMITED WARRANTY AND RESPONSIBILITY: PLATINUM LIGHTING WARRANTS OUR PRODUCTS FOR 90 DAYS WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE. PLATINUM LIGHTING SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER IN ANY FOR PAYMENT OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATIONS, INSTALLATION COSTS AND DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY AND PROPERTY. THE CUSTOMER IS ADVISED THAT SOME PRODUCTS SOLD MAY REPRESENT A POSSIBLE SHOCK OR FIRE HAZARD IF IMPROPERLY INSTALLED OR IF ALTERED IN ANY WAY. THE 90 DAY WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN DAMAGED, OR INSTALLED INCORRECTLY.
